Training Tomorrow’s Leaders

Madison House’s mission is deeper than what meets the eye. While many may see us as simply a coordinator for local volunteers, one of our primary objectives is to develop community-minded leaders who act with care and intention. We believe that giving volunteers access to invaluable training resources and unparalleled hands-on experiences, whether it be in operating programs or interacting with the wider community, is vital to their growth as leaders and people. We strive to equip our students with the necessary tools to become the powerful and empathetic leaders of tomorrow.

From training, to volunteering, to any and all activities related or unrelated to Madison House, we encourage every student to lead the way to a brighter tomorrow at every point of their journey. However, high-touch, comprehensive training and mentoring is currently limited to our roughly 27 Head Program Directors and 285 Program Directors.
